On January 2, 2025, Troy Julian Williams, a 34-year-old African American man from Atlanta, Georgia, lost his life to gun violence. His passing was publicly acknowledged through an obituary and memorial services held at World Changers Church International in College Park, Georgia. He is survived by his three children—Trinity, Troy, and Jalen Thompson—as well as his parents, siblings, grandparents, and extended family.
