In the summer of 2009, the life of 22-year-old Vincent Page, an African-American man from Omaha, Nebraska, was tragically cut short. On July 18, 2009, Page was the victim of a fatal drive-by shooting. A lifelong resident of Omaha, he was known by the nickname "Mann" and was remembered as a loving father and son.
