On January 30, 2025, authorities in Oroville, California, responded to a distressing scene where a burned vehicle was discovered near Condor Road and Red Tape Road. Inside the vehicle, investigators found the remains of two individuals. Through DNA analysis, the victims were identified as Esequiel Valle-Arellano, a 22-year-old Hispanic male from San Diego, and Juan Daniel Arreola-Solano, a 26-year-old Hispanic male from Eureka.
