Julius Ruff, a 32-year-old resident of Oroville, California, tragically lost his life on January 4, 2018, due to a fatal gunshot wound to the chest. The incident occurred in the 2700 block of Fort Wayne Street, where Ruff was involved in an altercation with Joshua Sealy and Christy Seim. According to police reports, Sealy and Seim drove to Ruff's home, where an argument ensued.
