Franklin Elliott Steele, an 8-year-old boy from Oroville, California, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2019. The circumstances surrounding his death were deeply distressing, as it was part of a double murder-suicide incident. Franklin, along with his mother Kaela Steele, was found deceased in their home on Yellow Hammer Drive.
