Leopoldo Rodriguez, a 65-year-old resident of Oroville, California, was tragically found dead outside his home on December 19, 2021. The Butte County Sheriff's deputies responded to a reported shooting at his residence in the Thermalito area. Upon arrival, they discovered Rodriguez with a fatal gunshot wound to his head.
