Maurice Davis, a 42-year-old man from Adelanto, California, was fatally shot on the night of February 3, 2025. The incident occurred in a residential neighborhood on Auburn Avenue, where witnesses reported hearing gunfire around 9:50 p.m. Deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene and discovered Davis suffering from a gunshot wound.
