Isaiah Berryhill, an 18-year-old male, was found fatally shot in the head inside a residence in Auburn Gresham, Chicago, on the morning of March 31, 2025. The incident occurred in the 8000 block of South Paulina Street at approximately 9 a.m. Authorities, including the Chicago Police Department and the Cook County medical examiner’s office, confirmed his death at the scene.
