Timothy Lawrence

On September 14, 2015, 48-year-old Timothy D. Lawrence, an African American male, was found deceased in his Morgan Park home in Chicago, Illinois. Firefighters responded to a report of an explosion and subsequent fire at Lawrence's residence in the 10800 block of South Morgan Street. Upon extinguishing the blaze, they discovered Lawrence's badly burned body in a back room. An autopsy later revealed that he had died from a single gunshot wound to the head, and his death was ruled a homicide.
