Christian Kihal Fulgham, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 18, 2017, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the Chatham neighborhood, where Fulgham was involved in a road rage altercation. According to reports, Fulgham was driving when another vehicle approached, and an individual from that vehicle shot him in the head. Fulgham was immediately taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead at 4:23 p.m. on the same day.
