Sosimo Sosa, a 53-year-old man, tragically lost his life on April 18, 2025, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Austin neighborhood on the city's West Side. According to reports, Sosa was engaged in a verbal altercation with an unidentified male in a blue vehicle shortly before 5:40 p.m. The confrontation escalated when the suspect fired a shot in Sosa’s direction before fleeing eastbound.
