In the quiet evening hours of April 11, 2025, in Lagrange, Georgia, the life of 14-year-old Demarrion Carter, a male, was tragically cut short. Carter was outside of his home in the 800 block of Monroe Street, by some accounts playing basketball, when an unidentified person approached him and opened fire.
