Edward Atkins, a 30-year-old resident of Stockbridge, Georgia, was killed in a shooting at the Southwinds Point Apartments on Evergreen Way on April 16, 2025. The incident also claimed the life of 46-year-old Curtis Johnson, a bounty hunter.
