In the late hours of April 30, 2025, a fatal altercation unfolded in front of a home on Maple Street in Manchester, Georgia, claiming the life of 29-year-old Shawn Jackson Jr. of Fayetteville. Emergency services were dispatched to the residence around midnight following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, Manchester Police officers discovered Jackson had sustained a gunshot wound. Despite immediate attention, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
