Kmrye Jernard Couch, a 24-year-old African American male from Manchester, GA, tragically lost his life on August 2, 2019. The incident occurred around 10:50 p.m. when Manchester Police responded to a 911 call reporting shots fired in the area of 111 Trigville Street.
