Ryan Wright Jr., an 18-year-old African American male from Manchester, Georgia, was tragically shot and killed on July 18, 2021. The incident occurred at approximately 12:43 a.m. when the Manchester Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting a vehicle in the road.
