In the late evening hours of Thursday, January 30, 2025, the life of 55-year-old Steven Wilson of Northeast, D.C., was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in the Northwest quadrant of the city. At approximately 9:32 p.m., officers from the Metropolitan Police Department's Third District were dispatched to the 400 block of N Street, Northwest, following a report of gunfire.
