Jessica Lorraine Arevalos, a 26-year-old woman from Lompoc, California, was fatally shot on April 5, 2025, in the parking lot of Blue Clouds Market on Wible Road in Bakersfield. The incident occurred late at night, around 11:00 p.m., prompting an immediate response from the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.
