Priscilla Sheree De Luna, aged 33, tragically lost her life on February 15, 2016, in Bakersfield, California. The incident occurred on her birthday, adding a poignant layer to the tragedy. De Luna was shot multiple times while she was in the area of South Tulare and East 7th streets in east Bakersfield.
