Dellanira Sanchez Baltazar, aged 56, was found dead on November 8, 2021, in her apartment in Bakersfield, California. The tragic incident was determined to be a murder-suicide involving her husband, Manuel Martin Portillo Meza, aged 59. According to the Kern County Coroner's Office, Dellanira died from a gunshot wound to the head, which was classified as a homicide.
