On the evening of May 10, 2025, 40-year-old Black male Daniel Bodie was fatally shot at the Camelot Condominiums in South Fulton, Georgia. Officers responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 7:19 p.m. and found Mr. Bodie suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Emergency medical crews pronounced him dead at the scene. The Camelot Condominiums have been under increased police scrutiny in recent months due to ongoing safety concerns.
