In the early evening of Thursday, March 20, 2025, the life of 25-year-old Tre'von Norman was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Southeast Washington, D.C. An African American male, Norman was a resident of Waldorf, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 7:02 p.m. in the 2400 block of Elvans Road, SE.
