In the winter of 2025, the life of 35-year-old Ashlee Corona was tragically cut short in what police are describing as a murder-suicide. On the evening of January 5th, Phoenix police responded to calls of a shooting at the Avilla Gateway apartment complex, located near 99th Avenue and Indian School Road.
