In the early morning of January 27, 2025, the city of Tucson, Arizona, was met with a grim discovery. A 9-1-1 call reporting a deceased person in the area of East 22nd Street and South Park Avenue brought officers from the Operations Division South to the scene. Their search led them to a wash near East 21st Street and South Euclid Avenue, where they found the body of 39-year-old Andrea Marie Padilla, a Hispanic female.
