In the spring of 2018, the life of 81-year-old George Nelson Shaw Sr., a male Air Force veteran, came to a tragic and unexpected end. On April 10, while under the care of the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, West Virginia, he passed away. Initially, his death may have appeared to be from natural causes, but the circumstances surrounding it soon raised suspicion.
