In the autumn of 1990, the life of 50-year-old Ronald St Germain, a male, came to a tragic and violent end in Duluth, Minnesota. On October 5th, his body was discovered in the living room of an apartment belonging to John Loons, who was also found deceased at the scene. The discovery immediately launched a homicide investigation.
