In the evening hours of Friday, November 15, 2013, the life of 38-year-old Moray Morris, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Birmingham, Alabama. Officers from the West Precinct were dispatched to a residence at 2740 23rd Street in the Ensley neighborhood at approximately 8:35 p.m. to investigate a report of a deceased person.
