Joseph Myers, a 17-year-old from Cahokia, Illinois, went missing on February 27, 1981. At the time of his disappearance, Joseph was wearing blue jeans and a corduroy coat. He stood between 5'3" and 5'5" and weighed around 125 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. There is little information available about the circumstances of his disappearance, but it is noted that Joseph's family has sought answers for decades.
