In the winter of 1981, a young man named Joseph M. Myers vanished from his home in Cahokia, Illinois, leaving behind a mystery that has endured for decades. At the time of his disappearance on February 27, 1981, Joseph was 17 years old. He was described as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes, standing between 5'3' and 5'5' tall, and weighing approximately 125 to 130 pounds.
