Thomas Ramirez, a 21-year-old man, was last seen on February 6, 1981, in Cahokia, Illinois. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being of mixed race, Hispanic and white, standing between 5'0" and 5'4" tall and weighing around 120-125 pounds.
