Gary James Shanley, a 27-year-old from Cahokia, Illinois, was last seen in the early hours of November 23, 2006, leaving the Double Deuce Tavern in East St. Louis. He was spotted talking to a man with whom he had an argument earlier that night. After his disappearance, his personal belongings, including his money, cell phone, and identification, were found in his apartment, but his wallet and keys were missing.
