Omar Custer Sr., 45, was last seen on October 30, 2019, in Cahokia, Illinois. He was reported missing by his family on January 21, 2020, after they had not had any contact with him since the end of October. Custer, who had no known physical or mental health issues, was described as being 6 feet tall, weighing around 190 pounds, bald, with medium-dark skin. He had a mustache, chin hair, and a tattoo of a bulldog on his forearm.
