Kaliquah D. Gilliam, a 21-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on March 10, 1999. She was found deceased in her home on Arleta Boulevard, having suffered multiple stab wounds. The investigation into her death revealed that she had been stabbed a total of 36 times. Her body was discovered by a visiting cousin later that day.
