Michael Allen Glenn, a 29-year-old man, was found strangled to death on August 15, 1986, in Jackson Township, Ohio. His body was discovered in a ditch, wearing only underwear, with strangulation marks on his neck, possibly from a rope. Glenn was later identified in the fall of 1989 through fingerprints circulated by Preble County deputies. His mother, Joyce Glenn, had his body moved to Bicknell Memorial Cemetery in Indiana after his identification.
