Thomas James Landacre, a 37-year-old man from Morrow, Ohio, tragically lost his life on June 29, 2018, in Harrison, Ohio. The incident occurred near the entrance of the Fort Scott neighborhood on Fort Scott Boulevard, close to a community pool. Landacre was involved in a verbal altercation with James Rhymer, 44, of Fairfield, Ohio, following a custody exchange of a young child.
