Tierra Binion, a 25-year-old mother of twins, was shot and killed in the early hours of August 23, 2023, at Mugs & Jugs, a bar located on Scenic Highway in Escambia County, Florida. The incident began with an argument inside the bar between Binion and Rachel DeRise, the girlfriend of Christian Ketchup.
