Stacie Lee Swoffard, a 17-year-old Caucasian female, tragically lost her life on April 10, 1977. Her death was later attributed to strangulation, and her body was discovered face down in a vacant lot near 45th Street and Euclid Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. Stacie had been living on the streets as a runaway and was reportedly involved in prostitution at the time of her death. Her mother, Georgene Swoffard, was deeply affected by the loss and passed away in 1994 due to acute alcohol poisoning.
