James Byron Haakenson, a 16-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 5, 1976. Haakenson had run away from his home in St. Paul, Minnesota, and traveled to Chicago, Illinois. On the day of his death, he made a phone call to his mother, informing her of his arrival in Chicago.
