On a summer night in August 1980, 19-year-old Tim Hack, a white male, and his girlfriend Kelly Drew, also 19, were at the Concord House in Sullivan, Wisconsin, celebrating at a wedding reception. The young couple, who were high school sweethearts, were last seen leaving the reception at approximately 11 p.m. on August 9th.
