Death by Force

In the winter of 2017, the life of Kevin Windom, a 42-year-old Black / African American man, was tragically cut short on the streets of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On the afternoon of December 13th, in the vicinity of 24th and Center, a sudden act of violence ended his life. According to police reports from the time, Windom was approached by an individual who then shot him. The assailant fled the scene, leaving Windom to be pronounced dead by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office.
