In the early hours of March 22, 2025, a peacemaking effort tragically ended the life of Travis Merrell Harrell, a 46-year-old Black man, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident unfolded at Stewart's Rest Spot, a neighborhood bar located at 14th and Atkinson.
