In the spring of 2025, the life of a young Black/African American man, 19-year-old Zakiy Robertson, was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On the evening of May 21st, Robertson was at a gas station near the intersection of Vel R. Phillips and North Avenue.
