On the evening of October 29, 2015, Lujuane Harrington, a 26-year-old Black/African American male, was fatally shot in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident that led to his death began with a dispute over a dice game in which Harrington had won money from Roderick McGinnis, also 26.
