Anoka Jones, a 26-year-old man, was tragically murdered on October 2, 2002, in Boutte, Louisiana. His death was linked to a serial killer investigation involving Ronald Dominique, infamously known as 'The Bayou Strangler.' Dominique was a serial killer who targeted men and boys in Louisiana between 1997 and 2006. Anoka Jones was one of the victims in this horrifying series of crimes.
