Robert Offerman was one of the victims of the notorious Golden State Killer, also known as the East Area Rapist and the Original Night Stalker. On December 30, 1979, Offerman, a Caucasian male, was brutally murdered alongside his partner, Debra Manning, in Goleta, California. Offerman, a 44-year-old doctor, and Manning, a 35-year-old psychologist, were found shot to death in their home.
