James Broadnax, 35, was fatally shot on October 20, 2023, in DeKalb County, Georgia. Authorities discovered him in his running Dodge Charger, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. First responders had to forcibly enter the vehicle to reach him, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
