Enzo Marino Rastelli, a 19-year-old from Goleta, California, tragically lost his life on January 7, 2021, in a shooting incident. The shooting occurred around 12:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Burtis Street, an area often referred to as "Noleta." Enzo was in the passenger seat of a parked vehicle with another 19-year-old in the driver's seat when a suspect approached and began shooting at them.
