Joseph Kalina was among the victims of a series of mysterious deaths at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Louis and Peaches Owen Heart Hospital in Tyler, Texas. Kalina, along with three other patients—John Lafferty, Ronald Clark, and Christopher Greenaway—died under suspicious circumstances while recovering from heart surgeries. The deaths were later linked to William George Davis, a former nurse at the hospital, who was convicted of capital murder for his actions.
