In the late summer of 2018, a heart-wrenching story began to unfold in North Las Vegas, Nevada, with the disappearance of two-year-old Zaela Walker. Initially, her parents, Lakeia Walker and Ricky Beasley, told family that they had entrusted Zaela to a friend for her care, but this person was never identified or located.
