On February 2, 2008, Jesse Garcia, aged 17, was found dead in Kansas City, Missouri. The Kansas City Police Department responded to reports of a shooting, and upon arrival, officers discovered Garcia suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident took place in the early morning hours, and no suspects were immediately identified.
