On a July day in 1991, 23-year-old Jeremiah Weinberger, a man of Jewish and Puerto Rican descent, tragically became the fifteenth victim of the infamous serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. Their fateful encounter began in early July at a gay bar in Chicago called Carol's Speakeasy. From there, Dahmer persuaded Weinberger to accompany him to his apartment in Milwaukee.
